NMGC offers a variety of classes for you and your kids. Our team is very enthusiastic about providing an environment for children to develop their gymnastics skills, to have fun and make new friends.
We offer classes that build your child's strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, and confidence.

PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS
Note: North Metro Gymnasitcs Center Pre-school classes meet once a week.
Mother's Morning Out [$15 per class or Monthly Charge of $45]
16-24 months
Moms, just drop off your child for a great time, while you have a morning to yourself. Your child will play games, run through the obstacle course, have fun pit time, tumble trac, tramp and more! The focus will be on developing social skills and body awareness while having lots of FUN!

Parent-child class. This is a co-ed "Parent Participation" required program with a wonderful class experience for parent and tot. Focus is on special awareness, movement, listening and introduction to gymnastics skills in a positive environment. Come haave fun with your tot!

Tumblebees [$55 per month]
24 months
A 45 minutes gymnastics class that focuses on both motor skills and independence. Boys and girls learn to follow direction, gymnastics terminology listening, basic skills, and are introduced to both scaled down and regular size gymnastics equipment in a fun and exciting environment.

Flippin' Flies [$55 per month]

Preschool girl's gymnastics class that focuses on body positions, forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, with introduction to other gymnastics skills and terminology. This is a class to build self esteem in a fun and exciting nurturing environment.

Super Flies [$68 per month]

A preschool girls' class that continues working skills from flippin' flies and moves to straddle rolls, back rolls, back bends, hurdle cartwheels while working strength and flexibility. The girls will build confidence and social skills, increase gymnastics terminology while engaging in an exciting gymnastics program.

Preschool boys gymnastics program that builds on skills from grasshoppers and focuses on backward rolls, straddle rolls, hurdle cartwheels, and more! Boys will advance skills on boys' equipment while building confidence and social skills.

GIRLS GYMNASTICS CLASSES
Note: All Girls gymnastics classes meet one day per week for one hour unless otherwise noted. Instuctors are sefety certified by USA Gymnastics and truly lov children and the sport of gymnastics.
Girls Beginner 1 (GB1) [$68 per month]
Ages 5 & older/ 1 hour
A GB2 gymnast will lern the skills and routines needed for Level 1. Skills include cartwheels, forward rolls on beam, and a pullover on bars.

GB 1 is a class for a gymnastics newcomer. The gymnast will be working on Pre-Level 1 skills with an emphasis on body positions, strength and flexibility.

Ages 5 & older/ 1 hour
In this class the gymnast will learn the skills and routines needed for Level 2. This includes a back hip circle on bars, a forward rolls and handstand on beam, as well as round-offs and back bends on floor.

Advanced Gymnastics [$68 per month]
Ages 5 & older/ 1 hour
In the advanced class the gymnast will learn the skills and routines required for Level 3. The required skills include a mil circle on bars, a forward and side handstand on beam, and tumbling skills on floor.

Girls Tramp & Tumbling Classes [$68/ones a week or $100/2 days a week]
Ages 5 & older/ 1 hour
In this class students will be working mainly on tumbling. This class will introduce your child to cartwheels, back walkovers, round offs, back handsprings and running tumbling.

An in-house competitive team that trains monthly and competes at NMGC every 10 weeks. Competition & uniform fees apply.

Ages 5 & older/ 1 hour
This class is for the male gymnast who is excited about gymnastics. The gymnast will work on basic body positions, as well as Level 2 skill development.

Boys Developmental Team [$68 per month]
Ages 5 & older/ 1.5 hour
Students in this program are specially selected by coach Igor. A list of requirements will be needed before your child will be placed in this group.

Registratin Fees
A $40 non-refundable annual fee or a $60 family fee is required.
Discounts
We offer a 10% discount off each additional child's tuition.
Make-up Policy
At NMGC we offer make-up classes to any student in good standing. We ask that you call ahead for class availability. Limit of 1 make-up per month. We do not pro-rate for missed classes.
Notification of Wethdrawal
A 1 month written notice is required prior to withdrawing a student from our program. Withdrawal forms are available at the front desk. Without 2-week notification, the full month of tuition will be charged.
Waiver of Liability
A waiver of liability must be signed before participating in a class.
