At North Metro Gymnastics Center (NMGC), our preschool gymnastics classes are specially designed for young athletes (ages 18 months to 5 years).
These classes help our students grow physically, socially, and emotionally through age-appropriate gymnastics activities.
Our pre-school programs build confidence, coordination, strength, and motor skills, all in a safe, encouraging, and fun environment.
Ages 18 months - 3 yrs
A parent-participation class where toddlers explore basic movement, balance, and body awareness through guided gymnastics play.
This class encourages early social interaction and gross motor development in a supportive setting.
Age 3
A 45-minute co-ed class focused on core gymnastics skills like rolls, handstands, and cartwheels, introducing kids to both scaled-down and regular equipment.
Participants build self-esteem, listening skills, and gymnastics terminology as they explore movement and play.
Ages 4 - 5
Designed for girls ages 4 and 5, this class builds on the basics introduced in earlier levels.
Gymnasts work on straddle rolls, back rolls, back bends, and hurdle cartwheels while improving strength, flexibility, and confidence.
Social skills and gymnastics vocabulary grow in an encouraging, active environment.
Ages 4 - 5
For boys ages 4 and new 5-year-olds, this class continues development from earlier preschool levels with an introduction to the fundamentals used in boys' gymnastics.
Gymnasts rotate through age-appropriate stations that include all six boys' apparatuses while building coordination, confidence, and early strength.
