At North Metro Gymnastics Center (NMGC), our competitive teams provide structured, year-round training for dedicated young gymnasts who are ready to progress beyond recreational classes.
Teams compete under USA Gymnastics and Georgia AAU guidelines, with routines and skills aligned to recognized competitive levels.
Athletes train together, build strength, refine technique, and represent NMGC at sanctioned meets throughout the season.

GIRLS TEAMS
Competing under USA Gymnastics and Georgia AAU guidelines, our girls teams emphasize technical precision, strength, artistry, and confidence across all four women's events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor.
BOYS TEAMS
Boys train across all six men's apparatuses - floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar - developing strength, power, coordination, and technical mastery.
DEVELOPMENTAL TEAMS
The Developmental Teams at North Metro Gymnastics Center are invitation-only programs designed for athletes ready to advance beyond general classes and pursue structured developmental training.
