GIRLS COMPETITIVE TEAMS

OUR PROGRAM

Competing under USA Gymnastics and Georgia AAU guidelines, our girls teams emphasize technical precision, strength, artistry, and confidence across all four women's events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor. Athletes train year-round with teammates who share similar goals and commitment, building not only advanced gymnastics skills but also discipline, resilience, and leadership. Placement is by coach recommendation and evaluation, ensuring each gymnast is prepared for the expectations of competitive training.

WHY CHOOSE AN NMGC TEAM PROGRAM?

  • USA Gymnastics-aligned training: Structured levels from introductory to advanced competition.
  • Competitive opportunities: State, regional, and national qualifying meets for eligible athletes.
  • Team culture: Strong focus on skill development, teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship.
  • Experienced coaching: Coaches certified and trained in competitive athlete development.
