Getting Started & Registration

How do I sign up & how do I pay for classes?

You may register and pay for classes using our online iClass parent portal. You may also call us at 770-384-8058 for assistance.

Registration Fee, Tuition Price and Discounts?

A $30 registration fee is applied for each session.
Tuition varies from $95 to $180 depending on the class level.
We offer a 10% discount off each additional child’s tuition.
NMGC also offers a FREE Trial class for all new gymnasts!

Can we still join a class after the first of the month?

Absolutely!
You may register for classes at any time.
Your tuition for the month will be pro-rated accordingly.

Class Logistics & Safety

What should my child wear for class?

Girls: Gymnastics leotard or shorts/pants and a shirt.
Boys: Shorts/pants and a shirt.
Note: No buttons or zippers on the shorts/pants, please.
Please bring a water bottle!

Are your teachers qualified?

All NMGC gymnastics instructors are USA Gymnastics Safety and US Center for Safesport Certified, and trained using the USA Gymnastics guidelines and requirements.

What is your ratio of children to coaches?

  • Under 5 years old: Max 4:1
  • Ages 5 and older: Max 6:1
  • Advanced classes: Max 8:1

Can parents watch?

Absolutely!
Parents are always encouraged to watch the gymnastics classes.
We have a large upstairs viewing area, where parents can enjoy a full view of the entire gymnastics facility.

Policies & Operations

What if my child misses a class?

Make-up Policy: At NMGC we offer make-up classes to any student in good standing.
Make-up classes can be scheduled in any appropriate class that has availability.
We ask that you call ahead for class availability.
We do not pro-rate for missed classes.

When are we closed?

NMGC follows the Cherokee County Schools weather closing policies.
If schools are closed due to weather, NMGC will be closed until 12:00PM and reevaluate at that time.
Full day closings will be posted on our Facebook page.

What if I need to withdraw my child?

A 2-week written notice is required prior to withdrawing a student from our program.
Withdrawal forms are available at the front desk.
Without the 2-week notification, you will be charged a $35 withdrawal fee.
