How do I sign up & pay for classes?
You may register and pay for classes using our online iClass parent portal. A link to the portal can be found in the left side column of our homepage. You may also call at 770-384-8058.
What should my child wear for class?
Girls may wear a gymnastics leotard or shorts/pants and shirt. Boys my wear shorts/pants and a shirt. No buttons or zippers on the shorts/pants please. Please bring a water bottle!
What if my child misses a class?
Make-up Policy: At NMGC we offer make-up classes to any student in good standing. Make-up classes can be scheduled in any appropriate class that has availability. We ask that you call ahead for class availability. We do not pro-rate for missed classes.
What if I need to withdraw my child?
A 2 week written notice is required prior to withdrawing a student from our program. Withdrawal forms are available at the front desk. Without the 2 week notification, you will be charged a $35 withdrawal fee.
Registration Fee or Discounts?
A $45 non-refundable annual fee or a $70 family fee is required. We offer a 10% discount off each additional child’s tuition.
Are your teachers qualified?
All NMGC gymnastics instructors are USA Gymnastics Safety Certified, and trained using the USA Gymnastics guidelines and requirements.
Can we still join a class after the first of the month?
Absolutely! You may register for classes at amy time. Your tuition for the month will be pro-rated accordingly. NMGC also offers a FREE Trial class for all new gymnasts!
Can parents watch?
Parents are always encouraged to watch thier childs gymnastics class. We have a large upstairs viewing area, where parents can enjoy a full view of the entire gymnastics facility.
What is your ratio of children to coaches?
All Preschool classes have a ratio of 6:1.
All Girls, Boys, and Trampoline & Tumbling classes have a ration of 8:1.
When are we closed?
NMGC follows the Cherokee County Schools weather closing policies. If Schools are closed due to weather, NMGC will be closed until 12:00pm and reevaluate at that time. Full day closings will be posted on the front page of our website and on our Facebook page.
